These terms explain use of the Veliq seller service. Getveliq is the trading brand; contact mohitnicul@getveliq.com. The legal operator’s identity, structure and service address are not yet finalised. Live payments remain disabled. These service terms need a completed business identity and commercial legal review before paid launch.
What Veliq provides
Veliq helps organise photos, prepare editable listing drafts, review item details and export data. It is an independent service and does not represent eBay. Marketplace publishing is currently disabled; simulated publication does not create a real listing. An exported file still needs your review and the checks required by the marketplace.
Your account and responsibilities
Use accurate account information, keep access credentials secure, and upload only content you are entitled to use. Do not use the service for unlawful listings, deceptive descriptions, malware, attempts to access another customer’s information or interference with the service. Avoid uploading sensitive personal records. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Review is essential
Photo grouping and AI drafts are suggestions. Check that each group shows one physical item and inspect the item yourself. Confirm its identity, category, condition, measurements, authenticity, price, shipping and all required particulars. Photographs cannot prove functionality or hidden faults. Veliq does not guarantee a selling price, sale, time saving or acceptance by eBay. Approval belongs to you; editing an approved draft resets approval.
Packages and renewal
Starter includes seven days at £0 and 10 trial listing credits, with a payment method required. The intended live price after the trial is £19.99 per month unless cancelled before it ends. Exhausting credits does not start charges early. Each verified account can use the trial once.
Seller is £49 monthly or £419.88 annually; Studio is £99 monthly or £899.88 annually; Scale is £149 monthly or £1,499.88 annually. Annual prices are paid as one yearly total, not instalments. Seller, Studio and Scale have no trial. Paid packages renew at their stated interval unless cancelled. Their listing credits reset monthly without rollover. Creating a new item uses a credit; editing it does not, and deleting it does not restore one. The period’s AI allowance equals three draft-preparation requests and 12 photos compared for grouping per included listing credit. Repeated requests count against that shared processing allowance. Known unbilled provider failures release their reservation; interrupted requests may remain counted if processing could have occurred. Daily safety limits also apply. Manual grouping and editing do not use AI processing allowance. Checkout must disclose the total and renewal terms before acceptance.
All present checkout activity is in a sandbox: no real money is charged. Wallets and any annual instalment methods depend on provider eligibility and the customer’s device; we do not promise that every method appears.
Cancellation, refunds and statutory rights
You can manage and cancel renewal from Billing. Cancellation normally preserves access until the current paid period or trial ends. Any statutory cooling-off, cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that apply remain intact. Contact us if you cannot cancel online or need help. Before live launch, the applicable consumer contract information, renewal reminders and cancellation requirements must be implemented and reviewed.
Data, availability and changes
Your content remains yours. You allow us and the necessary service providers to process it to perform the actions you request. See the seller privacy notice. You can export your listing data. Service availability, provider access and AI output can vary; keep appropriate backups. We may restrict use to protect customers or meet legal obligations, and will provide notice where reasonably possible.
We will not use these terms to remove rights the law gives you. Nothing excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Material changes to paid prices or terms require clear notice and any consent the law requires. This page does not promise complete legal protection or that the service can never be compromised.
